The soba that is made in the mainichi store's workshop is based on Fukui Prefecture, and the best seasonal soba is carefully selected from all over the country and blended in a unique ratio to create the authentic "juwari soba." We also recommend the ``Open Fire Cooked Kamameshi,'' which uses a rich soup stock that is boiled in-house using spring water as a base! We also offer a wide variety of cafe menus, including Japanese-style sweets and stylish drinks. We offer a space where you can relax after your meal.
