Opened in March 2020, "Wa no Shoku Chubei" is a Kyoto-style kaiseki restaurant by reservation only, where a chef who trained at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Kyoto uses seasonal ingredients and local Fukui ingredients and seasonings, and offers cooking methods and dishes rarely seen in Fukui.

- We have 7 seats at the counter, one private room with 4 seats, another with 6 seats, and can be combined to make 10 seats (12 seats if you don't mind a slightly cramped space). We do not have a parking lot; please use the nearby paid parking lots within a 3-minute walk.
Children are only permitted during lunchtime. (We do not have high chairs for children.) Furthermore, for hygiene reasons, diaper changes are not permitted inside the restaurant.
