This shop is popular for its set of Fukui's famous ``Sauce Katsudon'' and ``Echizen Soba'', which are made with the techniques and ingredients unique to a pork cutlet specialty store! The sauce katsudon using Kagoshima-produced black pork is a masterpiece with a delicate balance of delicious red meat and fatty meat! In addition, our tonkatsu curry, made with our proud aged cutlet, and our specialty ``Jun Keikatsu-don'' are also popular (katsudon with fried chicken). All seats have electrical outlets and free Wi-Fi.

Fukui's famous sauce katsudon is made with carefully selected black pork shoulder loin from Kagoshima.
It is carefully fried at a low temperature to make it soft. It's soaked in the secret sauce specially made for katsudon and served on top of Fukui's delicious Koshihikari rice! The set with Echizen soba is overwhelmingly popular with customers both inside and outside the prefecture as the bowl and soba pair perfectly.
